Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made on the AIMICI platform. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.


1. What You Are Purchasing

When you purchase the Advanced Plan on the AIMICI platform, you are purchasing a one-time access pass to digital content (online learning courses and platform features) valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. This is not a recurring subscription. There are no automatic renewals or ongoing charges.


2. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase, without giving any reason.

However, please note: By purchasing and immediately accessing digital content on the platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are requesting that access to the digital content begins immediately upon purchase.
  • You acknowledge that once you have accessed the digital content, you will lose your statutory right to cancel under Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If you have not accessed any digital content (i.e. you have not logged in and accessed any course material or platform features following your purchase), you may cancel within 14 days and receive a full refund.


3. How to Cancel

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us by making a clear statement. You can do this by:

You do not need to use a specific form, but your request must clearly state that you wish to cancel.


4. Refunds

Full refund (within 14 days, no content accessed)

If you cancel within 14 days of purchase and have not accessed any digital content, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your cancellation request.

No refund (content accessed)

If you have accessed digital content on the platform after purchase, no refund will be due, as your statutory cancellation right will have been waived in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Faulty or not as described

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if the digital content is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of whether you have accessed the content. If you believe the digital content is faulty or not as described, please contact us at support@aimici.co.uk and we will investigate and resolve the issue.


5. Exceptions

This policy does not apply to:

  • Free accounts or free-tier access (no payment has been made, so no refund applies).
  • Any third-party services or products linked from the AIMICI platform.

6. Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel your access and issue a full refund if:

  • We are unable to provide the service due to technical issues beyond our control.
  • We identify that your account has been created in violation of our Terms & Conditions.

8. Your Statutory Rights
